SUBSTANCE: method consists in determination of average weight molecules content and plasma toxicity index over common and effective albumin concentrations in local and body bloodstreams, based on which indices of enteral insufficiency by level of average weight molecules (EII on MAW) and by of plasma toxicity index of (EII on PTI) are determined using formulae. Index of enteral insufficiency by content of average weight molecules of less than 6.3 and index of enteral insufficiency by plasma toxicity index of less than 8.3 show mild degree of enteral insufficiency; index of enteral insufficiency by content of average weight molecules of 6.4 to 24.7 and index of enteral insufficiency by plasma toxicity index from 8.4 to 36.4 are moderate degree of enteral insufficiency; index of enteral insufficiency by content of average weight molecules of more than 24.8 and index of enteral insufficiency by plasma toxicity index of more 36.5 are severe degree of enteral insufficiency.

EFFECT: invention can be used for evaluation of enteral insufficiency with acute peritonitis.
