FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: ring made of elastic biologically neutral material is attached to vessel-donor end. Vessel-donor end is attached to vessel-recipient. Blood flow is stopped within area of vessel-recipient with attached vessel-donor end. Flap is removed in vessel-recipient wall inside of contacting vessel-donor end perimeter through incision in vessel-donor wall. Vessel-donor is isolated from vessel-recipient. Blood flow is reestablished in vessel-recipient. Vessel-donor wall integrity is restored within incision area. Vessel-recipient and vessel-donor cavities are integrated.
EFFECT: simplification of operational field release and simplification of operation techniques.
