FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly neurosurgery. Terminate the blood flow in the area of the recipient vessel surrounding the site with a hemidized donor vessel. Through the donor vessel, an opening is made in the wall of the recipient vessel using laser radiation focused on the entire area of the wall of the recipient vessel opposite the attached donor vessel. Then blood flow is recovered at the proximal site of the recipient vessel, the blood flow in the donor vessel is stopped after removal of the wall residues with the blood stream through the donor vessel. Restore the bloodstream at the distal site of the recipient vessel. Suturing of the donor vessel is performed with the coverage of an oval or circular ring of biocompatible material, worn on the donor vessel.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the safety of the operation, to reduce the likelihood of thrombosis of the donor vessel and the recipient vessel, thereby preventing ischemic stroke both during and after the operation.
