FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be implemented for apatite and phosphorous concentrates, secondary copper and aluminium use in industry. A powdered, uniform by its composition, charge is prepared; the said charge contains powder of copper alloy with aluminium of a size not more, than 0.315 mm and oxygen containing composition of phosphorus. The contents of aluminium in the alloy correspond to stoichometric required for a complete reduction of phosphorus. Charge is heated to a temperature of melting of copper alloy with aluminium and then reduction of phosphorus with aluminium and dissolution of phosphorus in copper is carried out with formation of the compound Cu3P.
EFFECT: high degree of phosphorus extraction from concentrates and producing an alloy with phosphorus contents to 14 mas. %.
