FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurements of mechanical force and its derivatives, i.e. moment of force, pressure, weight, deformations, linear and angular accelerations. The force-sensitive resonator is made up of one core or a system of two cores with the combined ends forming a two-branch tonometer. At the central part of the core and at one of the ends elastic hinges are arranged. The core part between elastic hinges features higher bending resistance compared to that of the other part.
EFFECT: higher relative sensitivity, high-quality resonator and higher performance.
