FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurements of mechanical parameters, in particular, force or acceleration. Sensor comprises sensitive element, connected via elastic hinges to base and rod resonator, ends of which are connected to sensitive element and base accordingly. Position of sensitive element rotation axis relative to ends of resonator is selected so that value of angle a between straight lines that connect ends of resonator and axis of sensitive element rotation comply with the following condition: 0,9α≤α≤1,1α, where angle a is selected from the following ratio:

and straight lines are perpendicular to axis of sensitive element rotation, where α - angle formed by sections of straight lines, connecting ends of resonator with axis of sensitive element rotation; h - distance between resonators and axis of sensitive element rotation; Ld - distance between ends of resonator; Sr - efficient section of resonator rod, identifying its pliancy; Pcr - critical force of resonator, defining its force sensitivity; E - module of resonator material resilience.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce non-linearity of conversion characteristic.
