FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: sensor is a resonator, made in the form of double fork, and contains base, sensitive element with pendulum suspension in the form of two rods, elastic hinges arranged on one plate of Z-section quartz monocrystal. First ends of rods are connected to the sensitive element, and the second ends via elastic hinges are connected to the base. Rod resonator is made on the second plate of the Z-section quartz monocrystal of smaller thickness, at the ends of which areas are formed with increased surface for connection to the sensitive element and to the base respectively. Rods of the resonator can have both permanent and variable width. There are three holes in the end elements for insertion of glass seal connecting sections of rod resonator with surfaces of the sensitive element and base. Size of the end sections area is selected based on using glass seal, quality of connection is determined by the absence of hysteresis at limit loads on the resonator.

EFFECT: high measurement accuracy, reduced labor input.
