FIELD: food products, canned food production.
SUBSTANCE: cans are manufactured by cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing meat, cutting, sautéing in melted butter and mincing onion, freezing and mincing runner beans and basilica, mixing the above components with soya-sauce, bone broth, tomato paste, table salt and CO2 extract of black pepper. Then the obtained mix is packed in aluminum tubes with following hermetic sealing and sterilisation. The proposed canned food is of increased digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish and can be used for space feeding.
EFFECT: production of canned food with increased digestibility.
