FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to surgery and can be used for anastomosis of great vessels. Substance of invention lies in provided junction of vessels end-to-side with uninterrupted suturing. Thus anastomosis is formed with two sutures threaded to one needle. In the beginning opposite lateral vessel walls are consistently uninterruptedly sutured, both sutures are interconnected. Thereafter both sutures on one end and needle-free suture of another end are taken with nontraumatic forceps. Remained suture forms posterior wall of anastomosis with uninterrupted suturing. Each needle puncture in and out is made from side of sutured vessel from within to outside and from the outside to inside. When opposite lateral interrupted suture is made, needle is punctured out from within to outside, and suture end is tied with free lateral suture. Then sutures are taken with nontraumatic forceps, and anterior wall of anastomosis is formed with suture threaded to needle of the given lateral suture within uninterrupted suturing from outside to inside and from within to outside. Then it is tied with free opposite lateral suture. This invention will enable to perform reconstruction of great vessels being resected with blood flow reestablished as much as possible close to physiologic; to reduce time of vessel reconstruction that in turn enables to reduce time of organ and tissue ischemia, as well as to minimise risk of thrombosis and reperfusion complications.
EFFECT: development of method of great vessel closure with reduced time of reconstruction and blood flow reestablished close to physiologic.
