Device version has cover. Cover is provided for cap attachment which regulates liquid flow. End of through channel with tool system is threaded. Thread fits to cap thread. Designed cannulised device provides restoration and formation of arthromedullary junction, selection of bone fat, intraarticulate introduction of components for treatment of injured joints, results in maximum utilisation of organism resources, enables to minimise surgical intervention, to lower self-cost and to increase availability of operations, as well as to widen possibilities of joint treatment, including widespread, reduces negative psychological consequences of postoperative period, reduces postoperative period of injured joint function restoration.
