FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, is intended for use when inserting and removing of carbon nano-structured composite implants. Set of tools for introduction of carbon nano-structured composite implant compizes impactor for installation of disc between the vertebrae, impactor for implants of rectangular shape with replacement of defects of the vertebral bodies and metaphyseal portions of long bones, impactor for cylindrical implants at filling of cylindrical defects after necrotomy or after removal of bone cysts and tumor-like formations and forceps for laying of implants in a prepared bed in deep wounds. Impactor for installation of disc between the vertebrae is made in a shape of cylinder, one end of said cylinder is equipped with a slot for the implant, on the side of the second end is installed with possibility of longitudinal movement a piston, wherein that nozzle is fixed on its free end, the external surface of the last is corrugated. Impactor for implants of rectangular shape with replacement of defects of the vertebral bodies and metaphyseal portions of long bones is made in the form of stepped cylinder, one end of which is corrugated, is equipped with annular groove, rounded end face, wherein the last stage of the second end, said cylinder is equipped with thread, by means of which fork is installed on it for the implant. Impactor for cylindrical implants at filling of cylindrical defects after necrotomy or after removal of bone cysts and tumor-like formations is made in the form of a handle, which is made in the form of stepped cylinder, one end of which is equipped with grooves, circular groove and rounded end face, wherein at the second end a spherical boss is made, with blind threaded opening, through which there is possibility to install a sleeve for the implant. Forceps for laying of implants in a prepared bed in deep wounds has one end with two rings, connected with handles, made with possibility of rotation around axis, while on opposite ends are made corrugated tabs for gripping the implant.
EFFECT: invention is providing faster operation, quality of the implant installation, maintaining its integrity at installation and reliability in operation.
