FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: device contains the linear accelerator (1) for bombing of air molecules by the collimated beam of high energy electrons in the vertical plane as a part of section of injection of electrons (2) and the output section (3). The output section operates in the mode of regulation of energy of electrons in the beam by change of high-frequency electromagnetic field of excitation by means of an attenuator. The end face (5) of the output section is enclosed by rounds of the solenoid (6) for swirl of the flow of ions formed when bombing in the vertical plane. The solenoid is electrically connected to the grounding conductor circuit (7) of the power supply (8) of the accelerator. Collision ionisation of air molecules of beam of high energy electrons from the accelerator allows to accelerate coagulation of water vapour molecules on ions and to increase the power and turbulence of the ascending convective flow of ions.
EFFECT: device provides high speed of ion formation and reduction of interval of time until precipitations after the unit activation.
