FIELD: sport.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to sport training devices and is meant for development and strengthening of body muscles and simultaneous massage. Toroidal hermetic reinforced chamber consists of hermetic inner chamber under pressure and is made of elastic gasproof material. Multilayer textile carcass is situated spiral-wise around the hermetic inner chamber. The textile carcass coils in the adjacent layers are situated in the mutually antithetical direction. The angle between the coils is 30-150°. The outer shell is made of elastic fabric or porous elastic material. There is a ring-like textile interlay between the hermetic inner chamber and the textile carcass on the inner side of the torus surface. The device for chamber form change consists of belt rings and a strap with an adjustable buckle. The technological result of the invention is increase of durability of the training device, elasticity of its surface and possibilities of form change of the training device.
