FIELD: exercise systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an exercise system that uses a set of mounting plates attached to a surface with the ability to adjust both the number and location of reference points, and also uses shortening elements to quickly change the effective length of the set of displacement elements. A system is presented for performing exercises adjacent to a surface by a user by creating a resistance force in a part of the user's body while pulling at least one training element from the specified surface. In this case, the system comprises: the first and second attachment points fixed on the specified surface, each of the first and second attachment points contains at least one shortening element and a mating connector. The system also contains a displacement element having a proximal end and a distal end and a length between them, wherein the displacement element is configured to pass through the specified at least one shortening element at one of the first and second attachment points, while the distal end is detachably attached to the first mating connector at one of the first and second attachment points. In addition, the system includes at least one user interface removably attached to the proximal end of the displacement element. At the same time, the intermediate part of the displacement element, located between the proximal and distal ends, is made with the possibility of sliding in the specified at least one shortening element and serves to change the resistance vector in the user interface during use.
EFFECT: ease and efficiency of performing a variety of exercises, the possibility of quick alternation of exercises and simplification of the design are achieved.
