SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for muscle strengthening by limitation of blood circulation through the extremity as a result of certain pressure application. Hollow cuff has a tubular chamber and a wire-like insert. The fastener for the maintenance of the cuff form is made in the shape of a loop of the necessary size. The wire-like insert is a number of inserts situated in parallel to each other in the direction of non-parallel to the lateral cuff direction. The second variant of manufacture assumes that the wire-like insert is a single insert subject to a bend or a number or bends for their location under the angles of segments formation that situated in the direction non-parallel to the lateral cuff direction. The distance between the nearby wire-like inserts and segments is from 5 mm up to 1 cm. The tubular chamber from the outer surface directed to the muscles has a higher stretch coefficient than from the opposite to the surface side. The technical result of the invention is an increase of impact efficiency on the exercised muscles by means of the cuff close contact with the relief surface and blowing of the chamber in the direction of the muscles.
