SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to devices for training. The training device comprises a collar 100, the main device 200, a metering device 300 and a controller 400. The collar 100 is wrapped around a certain section of a limb. The collar 100 comprises an air impermeable inflatable chamber and provides for the possibility to change pressure applied to a limb, as a result of charging and releasing air accordingly into an inflatable chamber and from an inflatable chamber. The main device 200 controls air charging and releasing accordingly into an inflatable chamber and from an inflatable chamber. The metering device 300 is fixed on a limb, around which a collar 100 is wrapped, and measures magnitude of a pulse wave. The controller 400 defines in process of preliminary treatment performed prior to training, a component of a pulse wave at the moment of achieving the maximum of pulse wave magnitude and selects as the appropriate gas pressure the pressure inside the inflatable chamber at the moment of time of the pulse wave occurrence produced by multiplication of the pulse wave component at the moment of achievement of the pulse wave magnitude maximum by a number making at least 0.2, but less than 1.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and safety of a training process.
