FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A method is implemented by a therapeutic device configuring a therapeutic system as integrated with a cuff (100). The system comprises the cuff with a belt for winding a site of muscles of one of extremities around; a fixation device for fastening the belt; and a gas bag provided inside the belt or on the belt. The bag is adjustable for pressure application to the site of muscles by compressing the site of muscles when filling the gas bag if the belt is fastened. The device comprises a means of gas pressure setting inside the bag equal to certain pressure; a controller for the means of gas pressure setting; and a pulse wave measurement unit for measuring gas pressure inside the bag. The method consists in the fact that the means of pressure setting performs two treatment processes - a pre-treatment process and a standard treatment process. The means of pressure setting is controlled during the pre-treatment process consisting in measuring gas pressure inside the bag and maximum pulse wave pressure. Gas pressure inside the bag is changed by the means of pressure setting. Pulse wave pressure is measured by single or multiple data reception by the pulse wave measurement unit when measuring gas pressure inside the bag. The means of pressure setting is controlled during the standard treatment process consisting in setting gas pressure inside the bag and equal to maximum pulse wave pressure.
EFFECT: application of the given group of inventions shall enable higher accuracy of pressure regulation applied to extremities.
