SUBSTANCE: device for muscular strengthening used for muscle strengthening with certain compression pressure to certain region of, at least, one limb compressed to restrict blood flow in this limb. Device for muscular strengthening contains the first flat-like element with the first aperture on its one end; the second flat-like element with its one end attached to the other end of specified first flat-like element. The second aperture is formed close to the other end of the second flat-like element. As device for muscular strengthening is used, the first flat-like element runs through specified the second aperture; the third flat-like with one end fixed on external surface of specified first flat-like element turned towards side opposite to the specified compressed region if it is placed in the loop formed by specified first and second flat-like elements after one end of specified first flat-like element runs through the second aperture, on the second end of specified first flat-like element, and with second end running through the specified first aperture when device for muscular strengthening is used. Specified first flat-like element and/or specified second flat-like element is supplied with airtight hollow tubular chamber mounted along the length of this element and intended for injected gas. And specified first flat-like element and specified third flat-like element are designed to fasten specified third flat-like element on external surface of specified first flat-like element after the second end of specified third flat-like element runs through specified first aperture and this third flat-like element is led back when device for muscular strengthening is used.
