SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to training devices and is intended for muscle strengthening. Belt 100B includes first ribbon-like element 110, which has hollow part. First ribbon-like element 110 is provided with thick woven linen 111 and thin woven linen 112, both of which are capable of stretching and have a form of belt, as well as with inflatable inner tube 114, located inside hollow part. In radial direction from external side of inflatable inner tube 114 installed are small elements 115 of plate-like shape, which are fixed on segments of strap 116 of definite width, made from non-stretchable material. Ends of segments of strap 116 are gripped between both edge sections of thick woven linen 111 and thin woven linen 112 and are fixed by sewing with both ends of thick woven linen 111 and thin woven linen 112.

EFFECT: improvement of training efficiency, which is achieved due to small elements 115 ensuring inflation of inflatable inner tube inward, at the same time making it possible for belt to stretch in longitudinal direction.
