FIELD: conveyor building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tubular belt conveyors and is intended for transportation of bulk cargoes by the routes curved in the horizontal and vertical planes. The conveyor contains a continuous flexible belt fitted on end drums with formation of the load - carrying and the lower runs, supports secured on the frame with a possibility of interaction with the external surface of the belt over the whole perimeter in the cross-section of the same and formation of a round trough for accommodation of the transported load inside it. The supports for the belt in the middle part of the conveyor are made of non-organic quartz glass in the shape of cylindrical rings with bells at the ends arranged so as to be able to turn about the longitudinal axis on the transverse beams of the conveyor frame, to which they are fastened additionally by steel bandages provided at the ends of the said rings in circular grooves.
EFFECT: simplification of the design of supports, increase of reliability of the conveyor, reduction of labour consumption in servicing the same.
