FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to complexes to lift and to move down dump trucks in the opencast. The complex includes the lines of lifting loaded dump trucks and moving down empty trucks made up of two vertically closed plate-and-roller power chains incorporating feed rollers moving in the guides. The chains fixes, with a certain spacing, the devices to grip and move dump trucks representing paired levers with rollers at their free ends hinged to the chains and arranged between them, the paired levers being turned in a vertical plane and rollers being moved in the guides. The paired levers of the lifting line are interconnected by benches with curvilinear stops to accommodate dump truck rear wheels. The complex is furnished with broken chain catching devices and additional catching system. The aforesaid system incorporates shoes arranged with a spacing multiple of a distance between the truck being lifted on the guides for paired lever rollers, in the said guide top shoulder slots, so that the said shoes can turn in the vertical plane and rest against the said guide shoulders. The shoes are fitted inclined towards the roller motion direction to interact with these rollers with lifting the shoe free ends by the said rollers, under normal operating conditions, and resting of the rollers against the shoes if traction chains get broken. The shoes are narrowing towards their free ends and have a curvilinear shape with a deflection towards the guide lower shoulders.
EFFECT: higher safety in lifting dump trucks.
