DEVICE FOR HOISTING OF DUMP TRUCKS TO OPENCAST FLANK AND THEIR LOWERING INTO OPENCAST Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: opencast transport system, particularly, devices for hoisting and lowering of dump trucks in opencasts in carrying out of opencast mining operations. SUBSTANCE: device includes two wheeled cars for arrangement of loaded and empty dump trucks on them, parallel inclined rail tracks for cars kinematically connected to each other through central block located on opencast flank by system of two multiple assembly pulleys. Each car is component of movable pulley yoke of multiple assembly pulley, and its immovable yoke is located on opencast flank. Both cars have two parallel axles oriented perpendicular to dump truck longitudinal axis and supporting rollers. Supporting rollers are located in a spaced relation to each other and with possibility of resting of dump truck driving wheels on them. Blocks of movable yoke of assembly pulley are installed on car for rotation on one fixed axle oriented square to plane of rail track. Operating blocks rounded by rope and located on cars are kinematically connected with supporting rollers. Blocks of movable yokes of assembly pulleys are operating when their multiplicity of , at least, four. In this case, one axle of supporting roller is kinematically connected by means of shaft of bevel and spur gear pairs, beginning from top, with odd blocks, and the other axle is connected with even blocks of movable yoke of assembly pulley. Shafts, in this case, are located on opposite sides from axles with supporting rollers. EFFECT: increased load-carrying capacity of hoisted dump trucks and simplified design of device. 5 dwg
