FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the ethers of aldonic acid of polysaccharides or derived polysaccharides, selectively oxidised at the restored end of the chain to the aldonic acids, the obtained by interaction corresponding aldonic acids or its salt with alcohol, which has molecular weight in the range from 80g/mol to 500g/mol. The present invention also relates to one of the aforesaid ethers of aldonic acid of polysaccharides, isolated in solid form, to ether, obtained in solution form, and to the method of obtaining the said ethers. The invention also relates to the method of obtaining the conjugate of the pharmaceutical biologically active material, connected with free amino groups with the said ethers, and to the conjugate of pharmaceutical biologically active materials. The said ethers of polysaccharides or derived polysaccharides can interact with the biologically active material under smooth conditions that allows for avoiding the intermolecular and intramolecular reactions of the edges. Ethers not only ensure very selective binding of the biologically active materials and make it possible to easily accomplish a bond of biologically active materials due to the covalent bonds to polysaccharides or derivatives of polysaccharides, but also can be connected to pharmaceutical biological active materials, which posses phosphate groups, without a change in these groups. Furthermore, according to the present invention are developed simple and economical methods of obtaining activated ethers of aldonic acid and products of the binding of polysaccharides or derived polysaccharides with the biologically active materials.
