FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to indication of microorganisms, in particular to express-method for determination of conventional group affiliation of biological contaminants. Method is conducted with application of flow-optical registration systems for signals of light scattering and luminescence of aerosol, which is formed by means of dispersion of luminescent marked sample. Method includes division of sample taken from air into three parts. In the first part derivative of naphthalene sulfonate dye in polar dissolvent is introduced, in the second part - bisbenzimidazole derivative in polar dissolvent and in the third part - derivative of furane row in nonpolar organic dissolvent. Conventional group affiliation of biological contaminants is determined by means of calculation and comparison of ratios of statistical values that characterise coordinates of scattering centre of the aggregate of registered values of light scattering and luminescence of aerosol particles, average values of large and small axes of scattering ellipse, and also angle of orientation of large axis of scattering ellipse of registered criteria, in respect to ordinate.
EFFECT: method has high sensitivity and permits to detect two and more targets in single research for a short period of time.
