FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device body first and second channels contain strip tests for toxins detection, the third channel contains a strip test for bacteria vegetative forms detection, the fourth - for bacteria spore forms, and the fifth - a strip test for detection of a nutrient medium for viruses and rickettsiae culturing. Testing is performed by immunochromatographic strip tests placement into a heat insulated ceflene package consisting of two ceflene layers with a heat insulated gasket made of porous insulating material located there between, and immunochromatographic strip tests body within the package is heated using a constant source of heat, and the package aperture is closed by a mechanical clamp and this is considered to be the beginning of testing time. Also, an apparatus for immunochromatographic assay is proposed.

EFFECT: increased productivity of immunochromatographic assay, immunochromatographic assay temperature range extension from minus 20 to plus 50 degrees, reduced time of result obtaining to 10 minutes, as compared with the analysis at room temperature, provided that the same sensitivity is achieved, increased analysis sensitivity compared to the analysis carried out at room temperature.
