FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: device incorporates a housing with a detachable bottom and a cover furnished with covered openings, a shutter with a through hole, sealing elements, a lever and a roller. A spacer ring is fitted between the housing and the cover. The joint between the shutter and the cover is made tight by means of floaty sealing elements made of a rigid anti-friction material. The sleeves are spring-loaded by round-section elastomer O-rings. Labyrinth packing grooves are made in the sleeve end faces. The sleeve edges in contact with the shutter have a lip angle of α≤60°.
EFFECT: higher reliability, longer life and better tightness.
