FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil extracting industry and can be implemented for measurement of yield of two-phase three-component oil-water mixture flowing from wells for each component separately. The device consists of a gas separator with a product selector and a float connected with a gate on a gas line uniting the gas separator and a valve with a collective line via a volume and weight flow meters. The gas separator is also connected to an emergency capacity and to the collective line through a gravitation separator with a siphon product selector, the volume and weight flow meters and the valve by means of a liquid line. The gate is equipped with a bypass turning the compensation capacity and the valve on. There is a block for calculation, yield assessment, registering and analysis of measurement results. The valves are designed with their end positions fixation and with capability to open the flow above the minimal. The method consists in separating a gas phase from a liquid one, in measuring the consumption and calculating the density, in two-stage separation of the liquid phase: preliminary in the process of accumulation and finally in gravitational separation of random drops of oil after throttling into components. Then alternate selecting of portions of each component is carried out. Also duplicated measurement of components consumption is performed with calculation of their density. On base of measurements well yield is assessed for each component separately together with production rate evaluation.
EFFECT: facilitating high accuracy and quality of yield assessment with protection of device from rapid increase of gas phase pressure when gas bubble comes in from wells.
