FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: differential pressure control device includes housing with detachable bottom, cover plate with holes covered in them, damper with through opening, which is located between housing and cover plate, lever acting on damper through roller, and spacer ring installed between cover plate and detachable bottom of the housing. In seats of housing bottom and cover plate, which seal the connections of damper and cover plate, damper and bottom of housing, sleeve from rigid antifriction material, in the ends of which there made are grooves of labyrinth seal; at that, the above ends form sealing surfaces. Edges of sleeves, which are adjacent to damper, have angle of tapering α≤60°. Sleeves made from rigid antifriction material with labyrinth seals and floating in the corresponding seats of bottom of housing and cover plate are spring-loaded on end faces relative to bottom of seats on the side that is opposite to labyrinth seals with stiff springs and thus pressed with labyrinth sealing surfaces to the damper plane. Sealing rings of round section, which are made from elastomer, are installed on diametrical surfaces of the cover plate and detachable bottom of the housing, which contact the sleeves.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
