FIELD: production of fittings.

SUBSTANCE: differential pressure control device includes housing with detachable bottom, cover with overlapped opening, gate with through hole located between housing and cover, lever acting on gate via roller, spacer ring arranged between cover and detachable housing bottom. In housing bottom and cover seats sealing couplings of gate and cover, gate and bushing housing bottom from rigid antifriction material, at ends of which forming sealing surfaces labyrinth seal grooves are made. Coupled with gate bushings edges have edge angle α≤60 degrees. Bushings made from rigid antifriction material with labyrinth seals floating in housing bottom and bushing cover corresponding seats are spring-loaded with stiff springs on end faces relative to seats bottom on side opposite to labyrinth seals and thus pressed by labyrinth sealing surfaces to gate plane. Round cross-section sealing rings, which are made from elastomer, are installed on cover and detachable housing bottom diametrical surfaces contacting with bushings. Device is equipped with spring-loaded hydraulic cylinder, which is fixed in position relative to device housing, and spring-loaded hydraulic cylinder rod is articulated with flat lever via lug and tie rod arranged in plane of detachable bottom slot with possibility of rotation torque transmission through hexagon and roller to gate.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at preventing of emergency situation occurrence at sharp increase of pressure drop with sudden increase of product working flow rate.
