FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: control unit (30) determines that system relay for preliminary charge (SMRP) is sealed after signal (SEB) is generated at H level when vehicle system is started to actuate only system relay (SMRB) of cathode side, and Ip current of preliminary charge has reference value. When it is defined that system relay for preliminary charge (SMRP) is sealed, control unit (30) immediately actuates system relay (SMRB) of cathode side without definition to seal system relays of cathode and anode sides (SMRG, SMRB) and discharges capacitor (13). In this case, control unit (30) defines sealing of system relay (SMRB) of cathode side based on voltage (VH) between both ends of capacitor (13). When it is defined that system relay for preliminary charge (SMW) is not sealed, system relays (SMRG, SMRB) sealing is defined when vehicle system operation is terminated.
EFFECT: improvement of reliability.
