FIELD: nucleus power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to plasma and nucleus equipment for filling magnetic catchers of thermo nucleus reactors with fuel or plasma and is designed for preliminary ionisation of gas in them and firing of the base discharge, and also for filling various plasma assemblies with plasma. The device for producing a plasma stream contains two coaxial accelerating electrodes. The accelerating electrodes are connected to impulse capacity energy storage and are separated from each other with a dielectric insertion. An additional electrode is connected to a circuit of additional capacity energy storage. A gas puffing unit is made as a chamber with an internal gas proof cylinder partition. The partition subtends to butts of coaxial accelerating electrodes. The chamber is filled with granules of a gas containing substance. The chamber is equipped with the first hopper, the second hopper and a vibrator for feeding the above said granules. The second hopper is designed to hold used granules. The bottom of the chamber is equipped with a pipe for removal of used granules into the second hopper. A lower end of the pipe is bent sideways in the second hopper. The additional electrode is installed inside the first hopper and has electro insulating coating on the side surface.
EFFECT: producing stable bundles of a plasma stream during a considerable time interval.
