SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, namely to production of snack preserved food. Preserved food is cooked by boiling, peeling and cutting of hen's eggs, cutting and blanching of potatoes and onions, cutting and freezing of green onions and potherbs, cutting of calamari fillet and marinated paprica, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with table salt and calcium ascorbate, packing of prepared mixture and mayonnaise, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
