FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises boiling, peeling and cutting hen eggs, cutting and blanching potatoes and onions. Carrots are blanched and cut, dill is cut and frozen. Calamari fillet and pickled cucumbers are cut, fresh green peas are frozen. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with table salt and black bitter pepper. Prepared mixture and mayonnaise are packed, sealed and sterilised with preset ratio of components.
EFFECT: product of higher digestibility.
