FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: graduated smoking drop is performed by cessation in case of satiety sensation of cigarette smoking - period of "temporary independence of smoking". Thus autosuggestion is applied referring to achievement of desirable result - smoking decrease - considering smoking dose, for that purposed not finished cigarettes are kept, and also by monitoring of increased period from the moment of "temporary independence of smoking" to desire to smoke, that is to the moment of reflex "smoking start" activation. Before method is started to be used and till the moment of achieved long satiety sensation with possibility of conscious suppression of reflex "smoking start" activation - that is to "penetration of smoking dependence" - smoker is exposed to create favourable psycho-emotional background by confidence of success of smoking cessation.

EFFECT: method is aimed at effective and qualitative cessation of smoking with various degree of dependence.
