SUBSTANCE: device incorporates the equipment mounted at the crossing and includes a braking signal transmitter ON unit and the object detection and motion permission signal transceiver unit connected to the obstacle detection unit and to the unit transmitting the data on motion safety violation and the equipment mounted on a motor vehicle including an antenna connected to the receiver connected, via a coupling unit, to the danger signaling device and brakes actuator. The equipment mounted at the crossing additionally includes the following units, i.e. a motor vehicle parameter readout unit, video camera operating conditions control unit, video cameras, a unit to store data about the obstacle, alarm data transmitting unit. The equipment to be mounted at the motor vehicle additionally includes the following units, i.e. a circuit recording the braking direction finding signals a circuit recording the motion safety violation signals, the unit to input individual parameters, the motion parameters recording and storing unit, an alarm signaling, an identification unit.
EFFECT: higher safety at railway crossings.
