FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: base frame of a vibro-active assembly consists of intersecting beams. The beams have a box section, which consists of an inner layer of vibration absorbing polymer material put on the perimeter of the profile, and walls made from fibrous polymer composite material. The box section also consists of an outer layer, cast on the wall and on the horizontal plates of the inner layer of vibration absorbing polymer material. The outer layer is made from the same material as the wall, which provides for monolithic joining of intersecting beams of the box profile into a single frame at the same time. To meet the requirements of dissipative and strength properties, the thickness of the layer of vibration absorbing polymer material is more than 2.5-3 times the thickness of the outer layer.
EFFECT: invention allows for improving the vibration absorption properties of the base frame with retention of strength and reliability of its structure.
