FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in design of ship foundations and foundation frames. For production of intermediate supporting foundation structures from polymer composite materials beams of box-like profile from vibration-absorbing polymer material are assembled. Beams are interconnected by gluing with horizontal plates of same material and outer lining layer of fibrous reinforcing material. Intermediate structure is made by introduction of lower and upper bearing layers of fibrous reinforcing material. Beams made of box profile are placed in row at bottom bearing layer. Top bearing layer is laid on said number of beams of box type. Material of bearing layers together with same material of outer lining layer laid along perimeter of box sections beams, impregnated with simultaneously binder by infusion in one process with subsequent curing.
EFFECT: higher reliability and bearing capacity of foundation structure, improved manufacturing ability and quality and reduced labour intensiveness of structure manufacturing while maintaining damping properties.
