SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering. The coupling contains three-layer membranes attached to the intermediate shaft by means of a bolted connection. The intermediate shaft is made of structural polymer composite material. On the outer surface of the intermediate shaft there is a layer of rigid vibration-absorbing polymeric material. The layer thickness is at least 2.0÷2.5 of the intermediate shaft bearing layer thickness.

EFFECT: increase in vibration-absorbing properties, decrease in resonant amplitudes of torsional vibrations and increase in reliability of the coupling.
