FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding and can be used in design of ship intermediate foundations to reduce vibration spreading from vibration-active equipment. Disclosed is an intermediate support base structure, which is a double-tee inhomogeneous beam, which is reinforced by support arms and consisting of bearing elements - lower shelf, top flange and wall, connecting flange, on outer surface of power elements there is a layer of rigid vibration-absorbing polymer material with thickness of 2-3 times thickness of corresponding bearing element. Material of bearing elements is a structural polymer composite: fibreglass or carbon fibre, or organo-plastic. Rigid vibration-absorbing polymer material used is one of compositions of type "Vipokom", "Adem", "Antivibrat".
EFFECT: technical result is improved vibration-absorbing properties, reduced resonance vibration amplitudes of intermediate support structure and improved reliability.
