FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: package contains tray with the base and deepenings in the base, surrounding wall, which lasts upwards from peripheral edge of the base and has flange along the whole length with flat surface that forms top end surface. Frozen product is installed both in the deepening and above it. Deepening contains transverse and longitudinal side walls, bottom and layer of dielectric material for absorption of microwave radiation and heat generation. Layer is applied at least to the deepening. To the flat surface of flange film is attached for arrest of microwaves and sealing of tray top surface. Frozen sushi is placed so that shari (sushi rice) ball is placed in the deepening, and neta (sushi filling) is fully placed above the base level on shari. Shari is unfrozen with heat that is transferred from the layer of dielectric material during heating of package in microwave oven. Neta is unfrozen with heat that is transferred from shari after package heating in microwave oven is stopped.
EFFECT: invention allows to correctly unfreeze sushi with preservation of their taste properties.
