FIELD: agricultural production, in particular, industrial and domestic processing of frozen berries. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing berries defrosting, heating and juice separation processes for one operation in microwave oven operating at frequency of 2,450 plus and minus 50 MHz for 5-30 min, with juice being separated by gravity. Upon separation of juice, berries are rubbed for producing pulp or ground for producing jam. Rubbing wastes are directed for drying for obtaining candied peel or condiment powders. Heating of berries may be performed in cyclic mode of operation with 5 to 15 min cycles. Number of cycles may be 1 to 3.
