FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: one of the method variants involves (a) hydrogen and liquid cracked naphtha with organic sulfur compounds are fed to a distillation column reactor containing a layer of hydrosulfuration catalyst; (b) the following processes are run in the said distillation column reactorsimultaneously (i) the organic sulfur compounds contact the hydrogen in the presence of the hydrosulfuration catalyst at the temperature over 500°F and pressure under 300 pounds per square inch, which leads to interaction of a part of organic sulfur compounds with hydrogen resulting in obtaining hydrogen sulfide; (ii) the liquid cracked naphtha is fractioned into two fractions by fractional distillation; (c) the obtained naphtha in the form of overhead products is removed from the distillation column reactor; the obtained naphtha has lower sulfur content than the source liquid cracked naphtha; and (d) gasoil is fed to the distillation column reactor to obtain liquid phase in the reaction environment inside the distillation column reactor.
EFFECT: offers a variant of desulfuration of liquid cracked naphtha.
