FIELD: petrochemical processes. SUBSTANCE: naphtha boiling away within the limits of distillate hydrocarbon flow is fed into the first column-type reactor operated as depentanizer or dehexanizer and functioning as catalytic distillation structure. Resulting sulfides, thiophenes, and heavy mercaptans are removed jointly with still residue. The latter is subjected to hydrodesulfurization in the second column-type distillation reactor wherein sulfur compounds are converted into hydrogen sulfide and removed. EFFECT: sulfur is removed from olefin part of flow with no significant loss of olefins. 13 cl, 5 tbl, 1 dwg
