SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline fixtures and can be used to reduce vibration. The vibration isolating branch pipe contains outer and inner flanges and attachment assemblies. To expand its potentialities, it is furnished with damping enclosures made of viscoelastic material, primarily, incorporating reinforcing elements that are connected with the flanges by attachment assemblies made up of the cylindrical enclosure segments to interconnect rigidly the outer and inner flanges.

EFFECT: reduced vibration of the pipeline.
