FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has internal and external tubular profiles connected in its upper part to a plug made in the form of a bushing. The vibration isolator is in the form of coiled spring with a flange. A viscoelastic shell is installed in the gap between the tubular profiles and connected by hot vulcanization to the bushing, the spring and the flange. The spring is permanently connected to the bushing and the flange by means of screw grooves made thereon and secured in connection places therewith by fixing elements which are joined by means of hot vulcanization with viscoelastic shell. An additional flexible element in the form of spring with dry friction damper is mounted between the upper bushing and the lower flange. The spring consists of two parts with on-coming ends. The first spring part has rectangular section turns with rounded edges, and the second part is made hollow. The opposite directed end of the first part is located in the cavity of the second part. The segmental profile gaps of the contacting spring parts are filled with antifriction lubricant. A sealing collar is mounted on the end of the second part of the spring. The first part of the screw spring is enclosed by the tube of a damping material. The gaps between the spring and the tube are filled with crumb of friction material.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
