SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, in particular, to production of confectionary. Confectioners' mixture includes sugar, molasses, crushed kernel of apricot stone that has been preliminarily washed with water and dried at temperature of 50-70°C and peas that has been preliminarily burnt at temperature of 170-220°C. Mixture components are taken in the following proportion of weight % : sugar 40-46; molasses 12-16; kernel of apricot stone 12-16; peas - the rest.

EFFECT: preparation of confectioners' mix, which is cheap and rich in proteins for production of marzipan.
