FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry and may be used in production of meat and vegetable preserved food. Method includes preparation of recipe components. Prepared beef is cut, coated with corn flour and fried in vegetable oil. Prepared Chinese cabbage and green onions are cut and subjected to freezing, preferably slow one. Prepared ginger is grated and browned in vegetable oil. Prepared garlic is ground in mincer and browned in vegetable oil. Specified components are mixed without oxygen access with shrimp paste, corn flour, sherry, cod-liver oil, soy sauce, bone broth and sodium glutamate. Prepared mixture and vegetable oil are packed, sealed and sterilised to prepare finished product.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
