SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for application in food industry. Preserves production involves beef cutting, coating with corn flour and frying in vegetable oil; nappa cabbage and green onion cutting and freezing; ginger grating and blanching in vegetable oil, garlic grinding in mincer and blanching in vegetable oil, mixing of the listed components with shrimp paste, starch, rice wine, fish liver oil, soy sauce, bone broth and sodium glutamate without contact to oxygen. Obtained mix is packaged with vegetable oil, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: obtaining preserves with higher assimilability.
