FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for usage in food industry for production of meat and vegetables preserved food. Preserved food is cooked by cutting and freezing of watercress, green onions and parsley, musty cheese grating. Specified components are mixed without oxygen access with dried and finely ground breadcrumbs, yoghurt, table salt, thyme and black bitter pepper to prepare minced meat. Chicken fillet is cut and chopped, minced meat is placed on it, rolls are made and fried in vegetable oil. Rolls and vegetable oil are packed, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
