FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: preserved food is cooked by calamari fillet cutting and frying in vegetable oil, cutting and blanching of lemons, blanching and ricing of garlic, cutting and freezing of lettuce and parsley. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with table salt, thyme, red hot pepper and black bitter pepper. Prepared mixture and vegetable oil are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: higher digestibility.
